Really easy rental process, rapid response to communications, very detailed instructions on how to pick up and drop off. My original rental date was cold and rainy so we rescheduled to the next day because of the extra risk of riding on a wet day. I appreciated that my safety was taken seriously and that he took steps to make sure I didn't accidentally damage the OneWheel by riding in the rain.

Onewheel rental cancellation policy

Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
