Alex is a really nice guy and set me up with his XR board, I had a lot of fun cruising around on it. It has some upgraded concave foot pad that makes it more comfortable and was fully charged when I got it. Thumbs up and would rent from him again

Alex gave nice overview of the one wheel and how to connect the app. The unit was in good repair. Was too cold at first to power up, but by the time I got home the heater warmed it up.

Alex was great! Showed up on time at the designated spot for pickup. Also supplied a helmet and gloves for safety! He went over some basics and sent me on my way. OneWheel was a lot fun. 1st time ever trying one out and it was a big hit with me and my son! Highly recommend Alex, moving forward!

Alex O’s onewheel is so tricked out.
It has little wheels on all four corners in the off chance of a nose dive it’s a bit safer then normal. A Fender so rocks don’t fly in between your legs when you’re riding. It’s decked out in stickers. one of them says I love books. That was my favorite one in particular.

Onewheel rental cancellation policy
Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
