Lewis was a great person who went above and beyond to make sure I had the most enjoyable experience possible. If you are up in the air on if you should try it, give it a go. He is probably the best shot you will have for a good experience, and will bend over backwards to try his best for you. I personally don’t think 5 stars is enough, but since that is the most I can give I guess I will have to settle on that.

Onewheel rental cancellation policy
Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
