Its a Fixie from State Bicycle Co. The rear tire has a flip-flop hub which allows you to switch between fixed and free geared riding with just a wrench. I would recommend leaving the bicycle in free gear unless you are experienced in riding fixed gear bikes, as turns can be a bit tricky to master when you can't stop the pedals from turning. It's a very fun bike to ride, and it definitely looks awesome rolling down the road.
