James' wife was very flexible with pick-up and drop time. Great communication. Everything was in great condition. If you haven't used the electric pump before, ask for directions as it doesn't come with any. I would definitely rent from them again.

Stand Up Paddle Board rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
