The bike is in great shape. Communication with Julie was great! Julie was very accommodating and nice. She showed me how to use it and followed up during the rental period to see if I had any problems or questions. I'm so glad I rented the bike. It was so much fun to ride!

Electric Bike rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
