Everything works great. Roller brush was just replaced 
This has two motors, one for operating the brush and a separate motor for operating the suction. This is what makes it stand out compared to typical box door carpet cleaners. This is professional grade 
Pickup location is in Burnsville near Buck Hill, ski you provide your own cleaning solution
I recommend vacuuming thoroughly before using this carpet cleaner. Otherwise you will have large clumps of debris coming out that you will pick up by hand or vacuum up later once the carpet is dry.  
We typically use standard carpet cleaner solution and then add a just to tiny bit of fabric softener so your carpet is extra soft when done
