  Rental Requirements




• Must be 18 years or older



• Valid photo ID required


• Previous drone experience recommended


• Renter is responsible for understanding and following all FAA regulations and local laws
  

  Flight & Safety Rules

1. The drone must only be operated by the person listed on the rental agreement.


2. The renter is responsible for understanding and complying with all FAA regulations and local laws.


3. Do not fly the drone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.


4. Always maintain visual line of sight with the aircraft.


5. Do not fly in restricted, prohibited, or controlled airspace without proper authorization.


6. Do not fly over large crowds, emergency scenes, moving vehicles, or areas where flight is prohibited.


7. Do not exceed the drone's operational limits or ignore low battery warnings.



8. Fly only in safe weather conditions. Do not fly in rain, snow, fog, or high winds.

   
   
   

   Equipment Care




9. Inspect the drone, batteries, and propellers before each flight.



10. Use only the batteries and accessories provided with the rental.


11. Never attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the drone.


12. Keep the drone away from water, excessive heat, and hazardous environments.



13. Extra propeller blades are provided for emergency replacement only.

    
    
    

    Battery Rules




14. Batteries must not be punctured, dropped, submerged, or exposed to extreme temperatures.



15. Do not leave batteries charging unattended.



16. Return all batteries with at least 20% charge remaining whenever possible.

    
    
    

    Responsibility for Damage




17. The renter assumes full responsibility for the drone and all included equipment during the rental period.



18. Any crash, hard landing, flyaway, water damage, or equipment loss must be reported immediately.


19. The renter is financially responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, loss, theft, negligence, or improper use.


20. The renter is responsible for any fines, citations, penalties, property damage, or injuries resulting from operation of the drone.
    

    Prohibited Uses

The drone may NOT be used for:
* Illegal activities
* Harassment, spying, or invasion of privacy
* Transporting objects, packages, or hazardous materials
* Flying in unsafe weather conditions
* Racing or stunt flying
* Any operation that violates FAA regulations or local laws
