Pick-Ups/Drop-Offs General Pick-Ups/Drop-Offs times are listed above. Message us if you need to Pick-Up/Drop-Off outside of those times and we'll see what we could do.

Delivery (One-Way) - $40 within 10 miles of our location (12446 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove CA 92840). - Additional: $3 per mile if the distance exceeds 10 miles. - Additional $25 during traffic hours.

Cleaning Fee - Gear must be returned clean. If returned dirty (sand/dust/residue/liquid/etc.), renter agrees to a cleaning fee of $25–$75 depending on severity.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental pick-up date, they will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental pick-up date, the rental is non-refundable.

Late Return Policy Late returns are a late free equivalent to the rental day rate. This includes rentals dropped off later than 12PM on the drop off date. (Exceptions may apply if renter and owner agree on a different or later drop off time. Please communicate with us and we'll do what we can to make convenient drop off arrangements.)

Camera Equipment rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
