Good and easy rental experience. Gary fully charged it before pickup and lent out the charger also in case we needed it. He gave a nice tutorial on how to ride it since I was new. Rode at least 10 miles on the one charge and had a blast.

Gary was great. He was flexible with the allotted rental time. He gave a few pointers on how to use the one wheel. It took a few tries but my son was able to get the hang of it. This is a wonderful option to be able to rent one before we consider purchasing.

Onewheel rental cancellation policy

Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
