• Absolutely NO ocean or inlet use — calm inland waters only


• Use only during daylight hours (sun up to sun down)


• No alcohol or drug use before or during operation


• This vessel is best suited for experienced paddlers


• Beginners should use increased caution and only operate if attended by a guide (not provided in this listing)


• Renter is responsible for assessing weather and water conditions prior to launch


• Do not exceed weight capacity or overload with gear


• Kayak must be operated responsibly and within your skill level at all times


• Any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment is the renter’s responsibility

Renter agrees to inspect all equipment prior to use and accepts it in its current condition. Owner is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use.
Renter agrees to operate the kayak responsibly and within their skill level. No alcohol or drug use is permitted while operating the kayak.
Renter assumes full liability for any damage to the kayak or equipment and agrees to return all items in the same condition.
By proceeding with this rental, you agree to release and hold harmless the owner from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from use of this equipment.
