Foil - electric foil hydrofoil wingfoil Rental Description

Premium, high performance inflatable wingfoil board from Naish. Volume is 100L, so PRIOR WINGFOIL EXPERIENCE IS DEFINITELY REQUIRED TO RENT. If you're a beginner, I recommend renting the Slingshot Tracker iSUP or SIC Raptor instead. Listing is for board only. A wing or hydrofoil is not included with rental!

Listing is for the board, manual pump, and board leash (must be worn at all times while on the water). NO wing or foil is included.
*For beginners looking for an all-in package, $300 will get you an individual 1/2 day (4-hour) lesson, plus all gear (board, your choice of wing, helmet, life vest, leash). Lessons offered Sept.-Oct. and April-May only and subject to forecasts and gear availability. Contact me directly to book.
Please only complete the rental process if:
* You agree not to use an electric pump to inflate the board to more than within 3 PSI of the recommended pressure listed (use your manual pump to inflate the rest of the way)
* You agree to launch from a downwind or "onshore" spot OR have on-hand support (e.g., friend with eFoil, SUP, jetski, or boat there) for rescue
* You know how to handle the wing/sail and sail upwind reliably back to your launch
* You are solely responsible for any self- or assisted rescue and return of all gear in the same condition as at the time of checkout
* You agree to wear a helmet at all times on the water
* You agree to wear a U.S.C.G. Approved Type III life vest while on the water
* You acknowledge that wingsurfing and/or windsurfing is an inherently dangerous activity
* You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks to life and limb, including severe injury, death, or temporary or permanent disability
* You specifically release and discharge the owner from, and waive all claims for, any liability whatsoever arising out of or stemming from the rental of this item.

If you have come to this page looking to rent windsurf or wingfoil gear, I am afraid I no longer rent out gear directly but instead have opted to just fold the rental into actual, private lessons. I'm Ben the founder of AWKWA Training Center LLC, the only wingfoil and windsurf rental and training facility in Arizona endorsed by the AZ Windsurfing Kiteboarding and Wingfoiling Assoc. (AWKWA).

To be totally upfront, a private lesson with me isn't cheap and is more akin cost-wise to a private fly fishing guide than a lesson at a full-time school in CA or FL and will, depending on the season, range from the low to mid hundreds for a half-day lesson, which includes all equipment and safety gear (except wetsuit), customized instruction, between 4-6 hours of actual, on-water instruction (not including the dry land component). Price is all in and includes all gear (all top-name brands that I use personally), safety equipment, customized 1-on-1 instruction tailored to your abilities, and non-powered (i.e., paddle) rescues. My aim to not only have you learn safely but to give you all of the practical, real world skills (wing handling, sailing cross- and upwind, getting on foil, etc., etc.) and tricks you'll need to get your own setup and go out and progress on your own the next time, safely and confidently--whether it's here or some other destination!
