Hyper-Built Onewheel XR - Custom hardware and software

2026 update: 
This Onewheel XR has had its internals fully replaced with the most recent battery technology, featuring enhanced VESC hardware and software by industry experts. 
Technical details:

* 20S2P RS50 cell battery.
* Thor301 VESC Controller.
* Custom high conductivity wiring.
This board outperforms official Onewheel boards! You can comfortably ride at speeds of over 40 km/h for distances for over 50km (can vary with rider weight). 
Because of the custom hardware, you will surpass official Onewheel boards for climbing, descending, and racing on trails.
Hands-free operation means you don't need to bother with controls.
A multiple of safety features have been implemented, such as a safety buzz that makes the board vibrate and warn you when using 80% of the board's capabilities, and automatic terrain tracking.
It is very unlikely that you will reach the safety buzz at all, because you would need to ride really fast to reach 80% capacity.
Important: This is a performance focused board built inside what was originally a Onewheel XR. This means that it is very easy and stable to ride, and will give you a LOT of power. It is NOT a stock Onewheel from the factory whatsoever. To produce this performance, the lights have been fully disabled. They do not work. 
In addition, because this board is not stock, the "Onewheel" app does not work with it. Instead, you will need to download an enhanced app. When picking up the board, I will install it for you and will set up the board with it so you can see your speed and your battery percentage.

Features:

Safety requirements:
1. Always supervise the board while charging. Do not leave charging overnight. 
2. Always keep the battery between 20% and 80%. You can charge the board to 100% just before heading out on a ride. Keeping the battery over 80% charge for long periods of time can be detrimental to battery.
3. If you foresee a lot of downhills, please only charge to 80%, as riding downhill charges your battery. If you charge to 100% and then head downhill, the board can be over-charged. 
4. This board is not waterproof. Do not ride near water. Avoid puddles and rain.
