Billy is a super guy.. board works great, footpad sensors are nice and sensitive… Battery pack holding a good charge cruised 10 miles and only used 22 percent of the battery - we one wheeled until midnight in the streets / sidewalks / boardwalks and a bunch of parks and gardens… total blast. I can’t say enough about how great billy is, very chill / relaxed pick up and drop off of board.

Onewheel rental cancellation policy
Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
