Never met the owner, and communication was sparse at best. When I got the OneWheel home I realized that the wrong charger was given to me by his son (it was the XR charger). I sent him a pic through the app and no response. I hate leaving bad reviews but won’t be renting from this guy again.

Onewheel rental cancellation policy
Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
