Kevin was great! Even though it was super short notice, he approved my request right away and honestly saved us! It literally took just a couple of minutes to pick up the power station, and he took the time to show me how everything worked. It was like new, fully charged, and came with the user manual and all the charging cables. He was also super accommodating with both pickup and drop-off times. Would definitely rent from him again!
