NoneI loved Luke's service so much that I would BLINDLY rent anything he has to offer.
I was interested in this camera and messaged him about it and he assured me the price listed was a bit higher because the previous customer wanted additional items. I didn't know that and would've paid the amount listed as is but he was super honest with me and lowered it to the original price.
Super quick at responding to messages and very enthusiastic about the descriptions of the item listed. Felt like I'm talking to a friend instead of a random person.
Very flexible as he was able to accommodate me even though I showed up earlier (for both the pickup and drop off) than our arranged time.
The equipment was very well kept and taken good care of and felt like I just got it from a store brand new. I also loved the fact that he provided things like a microfiber cloth and a dust remover in the bag incase I needed it and it was very helpful.
Luke also made last minute preparations for me even though it was super late in the night and even when I kept insisting he didnt have to but he still went ahead and put in extra effort.
Would 100% rent from him again.
