NoneJohn C. gets 5 stars. Very nice guy, super easy to deal with. The machine gets 3 = 4 total. I rented based on the photo, and that was nearly a year ahead of time. The wheel has been through a few crashes since the photo was taken and since I initially reserved it. The missing trolley handle was the biggest issue. If you need to hop off and walk it around you really can't. John worked with support and got me a partial refund.
