this gentleman is definitely an asset to the onewheel community. his machines are top notch and the customer service was impeccable. i rented the GT. then i had tire issues. my favorite tire (flight fins goat) wasn’t holdin’ air. so, we had to switch to the XR. which is the model that i normally ride. literally, the turn around time was like thirty minutes!!!!! i texted him. he came by and scooped me up. took me to his spot. i got on the XR and FLOATED back to where he picked me up!!!!! ALL-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍🏽
