NoneThomas was awesome. He communicated early and offer between the time I ordered my rental and the scheduled delivery time. He was right on time with the delivery and the bike was exactly as advertised and in perfect working order. Thomas even provided a bike map of the local area.
Pickup was easy as well. I told Thomas I would leave the bike with the hotel bell-staff and he came while I was out.
Easy rental, friendly owner, great experience.
