  Upon renting us 2 Onewheels with upcoming rain, he referred us to a skatepark we could use however, it rained so hard that even the park wasnt dry. Representing that he would accomodate us if it rained, he then went ahead and charged us for 2 days even though we got no use at all which he confirmed from the odometers on the boards. He is not fair in his dealings by hiding behind the excuse that the 'administrator' wouldn't allow a refund - I would not recommend him at all.

  I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the weather. I offered to ride with you when you picked them up and it was a nice evening 5:00 onward.
  Well explained, in messages as well, was that upon bad weather that I usually keep them, and cancel, but I would allow you to rent them if you promised not to abuse them, and to please ride them where dry.
  I also offer a 2 hour/half day rental.
  Transaction was fluid, upon keeping for 2 days, I immediately did what I could by refunding the third day, and picked up within minutes of notification.
  I’d like to again extend offer of a free day of rental in the future.

  Awesome first time using this app and a OneWheel. He worked made the drop off and pickup as convenient as could be. Very informative and took his time explaining how they work and things to be cautious of. He even gave us a little extra time to enjoy them. If your considering renting a OneWheel or doing some kite boarding he’s your guy. #chasethestoke
