  We had reserved another golf cart with a different company, that suddenly became unavailable the night before our event due to vandalism. Caroline jumped in right away and got Zippy to us and saved the day. Thank you Caroline!

  We rented this golf cart for our wedding day at the Cascade Locks Marine Park. I think Caroline was having a tough day, because when I arrived 10 minutes late due to a miscommunication (my phone got a text late due to spotty service), she seemed furious and threatened to cancel our reservation. She curtly said she wouldn't hear any explanation, gave us the keys and left. In any case, the level of her anger seemed inappropriate for the context. I was getting married in 3 hours, and this experience threw me into a bad headspace for a while.

  Another quick note: the cart itself was great, but the brakes on this cart seemed very weak, I almost had to depress the brake pedal to the floor to get it to slow to a stop.

  This golf cart was perfect for helping the elderly and disabled move around at our event. So easy to use and great for zipping around this picturesque town. Caroline made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended.
