Together we've put around 19,000 miles on our family's bikes - just getting around DC with our kids! NoneWe enjoyed our ride very much! We rode through the Smithsonian Gardens, and it was great fun for all of us. The bike is super convenient for two adults and a child. Lelac is very responsive and explained everything clearly.

NoneRenting this Bunch Bike was a blast! Pick up was easy and Lelac was excellent at giving me a rundown of the all the bike features. As someone with a long-tail cargo bike, it was great to have a longer test ride with a different style to get a better feel for how it operates. My kiddos keep asking when we can get our own "cool bike." Would definitely rent again!

Lelac was amazing! Kind, friendly, patient, thoughtful, great at giving instructions, easy going and inspiring! My 76 year old mom has always wanted to ride a bicycle and Lelac helped make the dream come true! My mom has a fabulous time and is excited to turn this into a new hobby.

NoneLelac did an amazing job training on the trike, and my only regret is we didn't keep the bike longer! I didn't have it the last day and my nephew was like "how come we aren't in the bike today?" Will rent it for the duration of all future DC trips!

I have rented the Bunch for two days and had an excellent experience biking to and from school with my five and two and half year old children. Lelac has been extremely helpful explaining how the Bunch works and sharing tips that really helped build my confidence in trying it out!

NoneThis was so fun! I was on my own with 4 kids for a day in Washington before my husband met us—this was not only a life saver, but so fun to boot!!! We took it all over the city and around the monuments. It’s easy to drive and park. We liked it so much, we kept it for an extra day. If I still lived in Chicago, I’d buy one for easy city living! Lelac was responsive and way to work with. Heat all-around experience!

Hyattsville, MD, USAAbsolutely enchanting experience! Lelac was so approachable and kind, full of suggestions to make our ride safe and enjoyable. I rode with my wife and 3 m.o. baby, which as daring as it sounds is doable if you carefully plan your route, go an appropriate speed and bring extra clothing / kid blankets if on a windy or cool day. Our recommendation is to navigate your way to Senate Park just south of Union Station - a short ride mostly through in-street bike lanes. From there, the entire National Mall awaits you through dedicated (no cars) paths, with adequate sidewalk ramps in all few street crossings. Circle Lincoln Memorial through the north (NOT south) and you'll find yourself ready to take on Rock Creek Trail, which will take you straight to the famed park after splendid views of the Potomac and imposing bridge underpasses, with next to none street crossings. Apart from a couple of bumpy sections and short slopes, it's an uncomplicated and fun 1-2 hours ride perfect for families wanting to (re)discover DC in a totally unique way. And yes, you'll definitely catch views and compliments! 100% would do it again, maybe when they reopen the C&O Canal towpath in Georgetown.

NoneThe bike was everything as advertised. It was great to see so many of the options on it as well, especially things that were very useful like the phone mount, cup holders, console bag, and horn. Working with Leila is so easy. She is extremely responsive and clearly knows a lot about the bike, which was very helpful for a novice like me. Highly recommend renting with her!

NoneThe bike was brilliant, with four 10 (or proto 10)-year olds whizzing around town for a birthday event. When we had any difficulties Lelac was little a superhero, coming in person to help solve them. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Bunch bikes and renting from Lelac!

NoneWe had a great time biking around the city with Lelac's bunch bike. We biked from Petworth to the National Mall, all around the Tidal Basin, and then back up through Rock Creek Park with two kids in the bike. It was so easy -- we didn't have to worry about finding parking or getting stuck in traffic. And the pedal assist made the biking itself not strenuous. I wore normal street clothes and didn't sweat at all! Couldn't recommend more.

NoneWe had a fantastic time in DC thanks to Lelac’s cargo bike! The bunch bike was just perfect for our three kids. It could fit 4 small persons in addition to the mqin rider. Our three kids also loved the fact riding meant less walking :-) Lelac is very friendly, reliable and flexible. It was a pleasure to rent a Bunch bike through her. She provided us with all the accessories needed to make our stay in DC a breeze: extra battery, locks, canope, sun cover, rain cover, and a bike cover for the night. Highly recommended!

NoneWe had a blast with the Bunch bike - we were able to transport my mom and my baby on the bike (and lots of gear) with ease. The bike has lots of bells and whistles - bluetooth speaker, rubber bands for gear, etc. Lelac took the time to let us test out the bike to make sure we were comfortable and explained everything thorough.
