Gary was wonderful. I had never used an ebike before and he gave me a lesson on his street before I rode off (and also loaned me his gloves and helmet). He also called me and helped me troubleshoot when the second day I was using it I simply forgot how to turn the bike on xD Ten out of ten

Electric Bike rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
