What a great cargo bike rental experience.

Communication was top notch and Mary (& Chris) even provided a baby seat for our 1.5 yo kid to make the ride even safer for us.

Mary’s cargo bike has all the bells and whistles (sun shade, baby seat, bike locks, covers, bell, etc.) so it made our trip a very enjoyable one.

Their location in Upper West Side was very convenient because it’s just 1 block away from the west side highway bike path (which seamlessly connects all the way around most of Manhattan via the outer skirts of the city) and just 3-4 blocks east to Central Park.

Their pick up and drop off bike location could not be any more convenient.

Pick up and drop off were very well coordinated, without any glitch.

Mary and Chris were both also so friendly and helpful as we chatted about recommendations on kids stuff.

I would highly recommend you their bike if you want a fun biking experience around nyc.
