Great experience with this e-bike, the seat is comfortable, it runs 40miles on pedal assist mode. Ryan is a great host, promptly answered all my questions, assisted me to remove the front wheel and load the bike to car. definitely would rent again.

Electric Bike rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
