NoneThis was my first experience with FWA and Ryan made it a fantastic one! His rental prices for an electric mountain bike were WAY lower than what the local bike shop was going to charge me and he was very accommodating on pickup and drop off. 5 stars all the way!

This is my first FriendWithA marketplace rental and it was perfect.
Ryan K. answered my texts very promptly from the very first to the last text. He was super accommodating from pick up and drop off times to making sure both eBikes fit the riders the best he could before I took possession. Although the bikes I rented are not the latest and greatest models both bikes were in great and well-maintained condition. He does have higher end models for those interested. This is Ryan’s side hustle but my experience was as close to renting from an actual bike shop as can be except with a personal touch. He has a passion for everything Mountain Biking and you can see it when speaking to him and in his well-maintained workshop.
Shortly after returning home from dropping off the eBikes, I received emails from FriendWithA stating both rental deposits were "released" and Ryan already left his feedback. I would not hesitate to rent from Ryan K. in the future. -

NoneGreat experience with this e-bike, the seat is comfortable, it runs 40miles on pedal assist mode. Ryan is a great host, promptly answered all my questions, assisted me to remove the front wheel and load the bike to car. definitely would rent again.
