Please note that this is a Class 2 e-bike equipped with a throttle. To comply with Arkansas state law and local regulations, renters must strictly adhere to the following:

Paved Roads & Streets: Fully legal on all standard public roads, neighborhood streets, and designated paved bike lanes.

Arkansas State Parks: Legal to ride on all paved park roads. However, state law strictly prohibits Class 2 throttle e-bikes on unpaved mountain bike trails or dirt hiking trails within State Parks.  

Local Multi-Use Trails: Allowed on most municipal paved greenways (like the Razorback Greenway or local city park paths), but please obey posted trail speed limits (usually 15–20 mph) and always yield to pedestrians.  

No Sidewalks: Riding on pedestrian sidewalks is prohibited by local ordinances.
