Important Riding Rules & Trail Compliance (Class 2):

​Please note that this is a Class 2 e-bike equipped with a throttle. To comply with Arkansas state law and local regulations, renters must strictly adhere to the following:

​Paved Roads & Streets: Fully legal on all standard public roads, neighborhood streets, and designated paved bike lanes.

​Arkansas State Parks: Legal to ride on all paved park roads. However, state law strictly prohibits Class 2 throttle e-bikes on unpaved mountain bike trails or dirt hiking trails within State Parks.  

​Local Multi-Use Trails: Allowed on most municipal paved greenways (like the Razorback Greenway or local city park paths), but please obey posted trail speed limits (usually 15–20 mph) and always yield to pedestrians.  

​No Sidewalks: Riding on pedestrian sidewalks is prohibited by local ordinances.
