Great experience renting from this William! Communication was excellent, pickup and return were easy, and the board was exactly as described. As a new rider, this rental gave me the confidence and experience I needed before purchasing my own Onewheel.

Very bad service and lack of communication. Even after confirming and verifying all information, William did not send a pickup location and no communication whatsoever. Really unprofessional.

Great experience renting from William, super chill guy, even gave a bit of help upon learning I was new to onewheel - he was kind enough to offer a helmet at pick up and secondly switch modes in the app that helped make stopping / dismounting much easier as a first time rider.

William was courteous, helpful, very flexible, and communication was great. We rented his one wheel for a week for a road trip to five cities and rode the board everywhere we went. It worked flawlessly. Until we buy our own boards, we will be renting from William again!
