I rented Andrew's OneWheel Pint for a week. Andrew was great! He was prompt in replying to all my questions online and when we met for me to pick it up, he explained the basics of how to use it. He provided the OneWheel and charger and even gave me a helmet to use. He was knowledgeable, friendly and was flexible in working around my schedule for drop off. Onewheel rentals can be cancelled 48 hours prior to pickup or earlier without any penalties. Cancelling 24-48 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of base rental price to your card (but not of service or damage protection fees). Cancelling less than 24 hours before pickup time will result in a refund of 50% rental price.
