NoneIt was an awesome experience! We had a great time using Catherine's Bunch cargo bike and it was due in great part to all her flexibility and recommendations. I was able to show my mom (who does not bike on city streets), how great it can be to ride (we crossed to Manhattan via the Brooklyn Bridge) and enjoy it in a lovely cargo bike. Interacting with Catherine was wonderful from beginning to end. She was responsive to all my questions and to my requests regarding pick-up and drop-off times. Wholeheartedly recommend renting from her - I know I will be doing so again in the future.

I truly appreciated Catherine being responsive, helpful, and caring in our communication from the moment of confirming booking, answering many of my questions prior to the trip, to arranging for pick up and return. Not having biked in Brooklyn before, we chatted about safety precautions and I learned a lot and had a great time! The Specialized Dolce Elite is a dream to ride! It is lovingly maintained and came with all the tools and spare in the saddle bag. I am now convinced I need a Specialized 48cm bike and neon pink safety vest in my life as staples. I give my highest recommendations to Catherine and bikes!
