  Catherine is amazing! I truly appreciated Catherine being responsive, helpful, and caring in our communication from the moment of confirming booking, answering many of my questions prior to the trip, to arranging for pick up and return. Not having biked in Brooklyn before, we chatted about safety precautions and I learned a lot and had a great time! The Specialized Dolce Elite is a dream to ride! It is lovingly maintained and came with all the tools and spare in the saddle bag. I am now convinced I need a Specialized 48cm bike and neon pink safety vest in my life as staples. I give my highest recommendations to Catherine and bikes!

  Catherine is very friendly and accommodating. She patiently took the time to show me how to hold the bike and adjusted my seat, making sure I was comfortable. The bike was very fun to use, so much that I am considering getting my own :)
